Do you charge extra for VAT?
No. VAT is already included in the prices. There are no extra hidden charges.

Do you offer insurance?
Yes we do! Insurance is included free.

How much does it cost to ship a product?
Delivery is free to all addresses in the UK and Ireland. Deliveries to other EU countries and beyond will vary in cost depending on the destination.

Do you ship products outside the UK?
We can only ship free of charge to the UK and Ireland at present. If you live further away, please first send us a message in the Contact Us page so we can advise you of the shipping cost to your location.

How will you send my purchase?
We use either Royal Mail Business Post, or UPS couriers for larger products like travel bags and suitcases.

How soon can I expect my purchase to be delivered?
We aim to deliver within 5 working days from receipt of payment.


How do I purchase items?
Simply browse the shop categories and click the Add To Cart button for items you wish to buy. You can see what is in your cart at any time by clicking the Show Cart link in the left column of the page.
To pay, click the Show Cart link to go to your shopping cart. You can then proceed to our secure checkout area to enter payment and delivery details.

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
Click the Show Cart link and go to your shopping cart. There is a small trash can icon to the right of each item in your cart. Click the trash can for items you want to remove and they will disappear from your cart.

How do I change quantities in my shopping cart?
You can change item quantities in the quantity column of your shopping cart. When finished, press the refresh icon (the circular arrows next to the trash can.) The cart will recalculate the subtotal and total costs to match the new quantities.

If there are no hidden charges, what is the Tax Total in my shopping cart?
The Tax Total in the shopping cart shows how much of the total price is VAT. It is not an additional charge.

Do I need an account in order to shop?
The first time you shop with us we ask you to supply an email and choose a password. This is necessary for us to send your purchase order and save information like the delivery address. You can log into Account Maintenance and see your order status at any time.

How do I change my details?
When logged into Account Maintenance, click the Account Information link. You can change your email address, password and billing information. Press the save button to confirm your changes.

What if the shipping address is different to the billing address?
When logged into Account Maintenance, click the Shipping Information link. You can enter additional shipping addresses here. If you delete all additional shipping addresses, the shipping address will revert to default (same as billing address.) Press the save button to confirm your changes.

If I'm already registered, where do I log back in?
Browse, add items to your cart and proceed to secure checkout as normal. The checkout area has a Returning Customers log in for you to enter your username and password.

It’s been more than 4 days and my purchase hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
In most cases where a product goes missing, the postman did not leave a ‘calling card’ and the product is usually awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office. Please contact your local sorting office first to check if your product is awaiting collection.
If your purchase is not waiting at your sorting office or if you have a larger product being sent via UPS, please contact us directly so we can investigate the delivery status of your product. Please read our Terms Of Use page in regard to making a claim.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your product arrives damaged, email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 30 days of delivery to receive a replacement or full refund. The product must be returned to us unused. If I don't like the product, can I return it?
Of course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to make a return. The product must be returned to us unused. Please read our Terms Of Use page for full details.


What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal.

How secure are my credit card details when purchasing from your site?
During checkout you will be taken to PayPal to enter your card information. The transaction takes place on PayPal's heavily encrypted and secure website. Belts and Briefcases does not have access to your credit card and we do not store credit card details on our server.
PayPal is an online bank and one of the giants of the internet. Owned by eBay, PayPal operates worldwide and handles money transfers in 26 different currencies. As a global standard for safe financial transactions, PayPal is integrated and accepted almost everywhere online, from Yahoo to Facebook to iTunes.

Yes. Volume discounts are available for bulk product orders. Please contact us to arrange a quote.
